Karen and Larry Kassen Dear Bobby, Well, you've done it again. You have managed to make each party we booked with you, better than the last. You catered two very successful Bar Mitzvahs and now our daughter's wedding. Even though we shopped around for caterers for Jenna's and Marc's wedding we knew we would book again with you. Based upon the first two parties, we knew that you would be fair with your price, honest with everything and that you would work hard to make Jenna's party great. We were right. Two weeks after the wedding we are still receiving cards and letters complimenting the ambience, raving about the food as well as the service. We even received a card from a friend on Marc's side of the family complimenting us on a great affair. Some might say that it's your job to make a great party, but what really sets you apart was when five of our ultra orthodox family members decided to surprise us and come to the wedding at 11PM. Even while you were supervising the kitchen, you personally rolled another table into the room, set it up and allowed us to welcome them to the party just as if they were expected. At this point in our lives, when we are ready to make another party, we wouldn't even look at another caterer. You have made yourself the Kassen family caterer. Many thanks for all your efforts. Donna I know this is a year and half late, but I always felt that our family was your most important customer. We were always given top notch attention and you always did whatever it took to get the job done - even going to the store to get me pantyhose at the final hour. The Barsky's November 8, 2007 Dear Bobby and Keith, We are writing to tell you what a lovely job you did for Sara's Bat Mitzvah reception. Everything was wonderful, from the appearance of the newly renovated room, to the delicious food throughout, to the attentive service of your staff. Sara says that the candy table at the end was a hit with all the kids. We also sincerely appreciate all the helpful advice you gave us with our entertainment and decorations. The Plainview-Jericho-Syosset area has been in need of an honest, kosher caterer who understands customer service and gives their clients their money'e worth. Nadine and Ira Salzman Dear Board of Trustees of North Shore Synagogue, We are sure you knew that you were making a positive decision when you made Del-Mir Caterers part of your wonderful synagogue. We would like to thank you immensely for making that choice. Thank you also for sharing your temple and caterer with our closest friends and relatives, at our daughter Carly's Bat Mitzvah celebration on January 19, 2008. The renovations you've made are magnificent and the food was superb. The service was exceptional. No guest wanted for anything. The bathrooms are glamorous, and the hallways are filled with masterpieces. Your synagogue is spotless and so well groomed. We can go on forever...we are still floating in air over the entire affair. We are ever so grateful. Bobby and Keith treated us with the utmost kindness and respect. This was our second affair with them, and Del-Mir Caterers. Not that we want to rush anything, but hopefully we will celebrate our daughters' wedding in your beautiful synagogue. Please feel free to contact us at anytime for any reason. Mr. and Mrs. Slomovitz Dear Bobby and Keith Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for the wonderful job that you did for us for Amanda's Bat Mitzvah. We really feel that you went above and beyond, from the help you gave us with the change of date and venue, to the way that you took care of all the little details so that we wouldn't have to. As to the affair itself, we couldn't have asked for a better party. Your service and staff were terrific, and we've been told of specific instances where they really went out of their way for our guests. As to the food, we've gotten many comments from people telling us that they've never had food so good at any affair or at many restaurants for that matter. Alsia and Mark Fogel Dear Keith, We wanted to drop you a note to let you know how appreciative we are of your efforts at Morgan's Bat Mitzvah party this past Saturday. It is all too common for people to only communicate to compalin, however, in this case we have nothing but praise and accolades for the effort that was made to make our party special. We continue to receive telephone calls from relatives and friends conveying that not only was the food good but the staff was attentive and professional. It was nice to be able to enjoy Morgans's party with absolutely no time on our part worrying about any aspect of the catering. In addition, it was evident to us that you also assisted in ensuring that all of the other service providers (DJ, florist and photographer) were coordinated in a seamless and transparent way. Jeff and Susanne May 14, 2008 Dear Bobby, Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful Bat Mitzvah party at North Shore Synagogue. The atmosphere was so elegant. The food was incredible. The support you gave us throughout this very long process was unbelievably helpful. You made Elizabeth's special day one that will be remembered by all of the guests that attended. From the food to the yamakas, to the rainbow of napkins, the event was more than we could have ever hoped for. Mr. Sclair I must commend you for the most wondeful affair. Everything was supherb; the ambience, the service and of course the food; of which there was a plethora.
