Karen and Larry Kassen Dear Bobby, Well, you've done it again. You have managed to make each party we booked with you, better than the last. You catered two very successful Bar Mitzvahs and now our daughter's wedding. Even though we shopped around for caterers for Jenna's and Marc's wedding we knew we would book again with you. Based upon the first two parties, we knew that you would be fair with your price, honest with everything and that you would work hard to make Jenna's party great. We were right. Two weeks after the wedding we are still receiving cards and letters complimenting the ambience, raving about the food as well as the service. We even received a card from a friend on Marc's side of the family complimenting us on a great affair. Some might say that it's your job to make a great party, but what really sets you apart was when five of our ultra orthodox family members decided to surprise us and come to the wedding at 11PM. Even while you were supervising the kitchen, you personally rolled another table into the room, set it up and allowed us to welcome them to the party just as if they were expected. At this point in our lives, when we are ready to make another party, we wouldn't even look at another caterer. You have made yourself the Kassen family caterer. Many thanks for all your efforts. Donna I know this is a year and half late, but I always felt that our family was your most important customer. We were always given top notch attention and you always did whatever it took to get the job done - even going to the store to get me pantyhose at the final hour. The Barsky's November 8, 2007 Dear Bobby and Keith, We are writing to tell you what a lovely job you did for Sara's Bat Mitzvah reception. Everything was wonderful, from the appearance of the newly renovated room, to the delicious food throughout, to the attentive service of your staff. Sara says that the candy table at the end was a hit with all the kids. We also sincerely appreciate all the helpful advice you gave us with our entertainment and decorations. The Plainview-Jericho-Syosset area has been in need of an honest, kosher caterer who understands customer service and gives their clients their money'e worth. Nadine and Ira Salzman Dear Board of Trustees of North Shore Synagogue, We are sure you knew that you were making a positive decision when you made Del-Mir Caterers part of your wonderful synagogue. We would like to thank you immensely for making that choice. Thank you also for sharing your temple and caterer with our closest friends and relatives, at our daughter Carly's Bat Mitzvah celebration on January 19, 2008. The renovations you've made are magnificent and the food was superb. The service was exceptional. No guest wanted for anything. The bathrooms are glamorous, and the hallways are filled with masterpieces. Your synagogue is spotless and so well groomed. We can go on forever...we are still floating in air over the entire affair. We are ever so grateful. Bobby and Keith treated us with the utmost kindness and respect. This was our second affair with them, and Del-Mir Caterers. Not that we want to rush anything, but hopefully we will celebrate our daughters' wedding in your beautiful synagogue. Please feel free to contact us at anytime for any reason. Mr. and Mrs. Slomovitz Dear Bobby and Keith Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for the wonderful job that you did for us for Amanda's Bat Mitzvah. We really feel that you went above and beyond, from the help you gave us with the change of date and venue, to the way that you took care of all the little details so that we wouldn't have to. As to the affair itself, we couldn't have asked for a better party. Your service and staff were terrific, and we've been told of specific instances where they really went out of their way for our guests. As to the food, we've gotten many comments from people telling us that they've never had food so good at any affair or at many restaurants for that matter. Alsia and Mark Fogel Dear Keith, We wanted to drop you a note to let you know how appreciative we are of your efforts at Morgan's Bat Mitzvah party this past Saturday. It is all too common for people to only communicate to compalin, however, in this case we have nothing but praise and accolades for the effort that was made to make our party special. We continue to receive telephone calls from relatives and friends conveying that not only was the food good but the staff was attentive and professional. It was nice to be able to enjoy Morgans's party with absolutely no time on our part worrying about any aspect of the catering. In addition, it was evident to us that you also assisted in ensuring that all of the other service providers (DJ, florist and photographer) were coordinated in a seamless and transparent way. The support you gave us throughout this very long process was unbelievably helpful. You made Elizabeth's special day one that will be remembered by all of the guests that attended. From the food to the yamakas, to the rainbow of napkins, the event was more than we could have ever hoped for. Daniel and Shoshannah Turgel Del Mir Caterers is wonderful, and Bobby and Keith are the best - they know their dishes. The food was glatt kosher, and incredible from cocktail hour to dessert. It got rave reviews from our guests. Bobby and Keith made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident that our wedding day would be amazing. The go far beyond the average call of a caterer, as they worked to coordinate all the details of our day and helped us communicate with other vendors. They supported us throughout the entire year of planning by responding to every single phone call immediately and by taking all of our requests seriously. They came through in every way by remembering all of the little things that were so important to us. We highly recommend Del Mir Caterers and North Shore Synagogue as a venue.

JoAnne and Marc Shapiro Dear Bobby, How can we ever adequately thank you for the absolutely wonderful Kiddush luncheon you prepared and served at our home earlier this month. Everything was beyond perfect! It was so easy to work with you-inselecting the menu, in deciding if we should/should not have valet service, in setting up the tables...your attention to detail was phenomenal! And I couldn't have asked for a more considerate and professional waitstaff. They too were amazing. To be able to leave my home in the trusted hands of Dan and Tess and the rest of your staff and return four hours later to find everything set up just as we had discussed was worth all your weight in gold. The food was scrumptious and plentiful and the variety satisfied everyone's tastes-friends are still talking about it! It was truly a delight working with you, Bobby and because of Del-Mir Caterers, I learned that entertaining really can be stress free. Wilene and Marc Dennison Dear Bobby, Words alone cannot express how much we appreciate all of the work you and your staff put in to our sons wedding. It was the best wedding we have ever attended. The food was outstanding and the presentation was second to none. We are not from New York and had no idea what a wedding at the temple would look like. We have attended weddings in Chicago at the Ritz Carlton that were not as elegant as the wedding you put on in Syosset at the North Shore Synagogue. The room was lovely and the stations of food were elegantly appointed. We especially want to thank you for handling the prenuptial dinner we had at the Melville Marriott. It was a night to remember. it was casual, comfortable, and everything we had hoped for. Working by phone with you was easy. We let you handle everything and you came through with flying colors. Faith Rubin Jan 3, 2011 Del-Mir Caterers Kudos to you! You catered a splendid baby naming party for us and the event was outstanding. The food was delicious with a beautiful presentation and certainly bountiful. What more could one ask? Your wait staff was professional, very cordial and pleasant and kept our guests happy. Chazan Peter Savitt Bobby catered my step son's bar mitzvah. Del Mir catered a Friday night Shabbat dinner at our synagogue in New Jersey, then a Shabbat kiddush luncheon, following services, and then a Backyard BBQ the next day poolside, at our home. People are still talking about it. I recommend Bobby Kanowitz wholeheartedly!!!
Milt Elis Bobby, Thank yo for over seeing a great event. Not only was the program great but also the food was outstanding. You know it's a success when there is not one adverse comment. Please relay out thanks and admiration to Chef Dan. The chicken breast is philo dough was delicious and unique. The appetizer of hummus and crudite and the dessert made the meal doubly enjoyable. Not one person complained about the absence of garlic. My personal thanks go to all involved in preparation and serving of the meal.
Heidi Friedman I am writing to tell you about the spectacular Bat Mitzvah my daughter Emily, had at North Shore Synagogue on May 7, 2011, thanks to the extraordinary efforts of Bobby, Keith and their staff. I am still getting phone calls from friends and relatives who can not get over how good the food was and how exceptional the service was. Bobby and his staff were professional, enthusiastic, attentive, and accommodating throughout the evening.
